Return & Refund Policy

Personalized Products — No Returns or Cancellations

All products in our store are made to order and personalized according to each customer's specifications. For this reason, once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it is not possible to cancel, return, or exchange the item.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.


Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited, as production begins immediately. If you have any questions or notice a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@liovee.com — we will do our best to help before production moves forward, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.


Refunds

As all our products are personalized, they are not eligible for a refund once production has started. If production has not yet begun and you reach out immediately after placing your order, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at contact@liovee.com.


Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@liovee.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

This guarantee is valid for 30 days after delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.


Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized products that have already been produced
  • Digital products that have already been delivered by email
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union law, consumers generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (as provided in Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). Since all of our products are personalized, this exception applies to all of our orders.


Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. The timeframes shown on our website are average estimates — some orders may take longer or arrive sooner. We are not liable for delivery delays, but we will always keep you informed of any known delays.
