Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Europe.
Order Process
All our products are personalized and made to order. Here is what to expect after placing your order:
- Design production — Once your order is placed, we begin working on your personalized item. Production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the product type.
- Shipping — After production is complete, your order is handed off to our shipping partner and dispatched to your address.
Please keep in mind that production times may increase during periods of high demand.
Shipping Times
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product type and your location, and are calculated at checkout. Below are general estimates after your order has been dispatched:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and accept no responsibility, beyond advising you of any known delays, for orders delivered after the estimated timeframe.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties (USA)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
